After my experience in the kitchen of Chef Daniel Canzian in Milan and in other restaurants in my region, now I fulfill a dream with Riva Zanelli, a place where I can tell you my idea of ambient cooking, offering menus which respect authentical ingredients, that express the culture of the place, with a touch of contemporaneity.<\/p>\n

My last meaningful experience I am proud of? To represent, together with my Sous Chef Elia Zanon, my region, Friuli Venezia Giulia, at the \u201cWeek of Italian\u00a0 <\/span>Regional\u00a0 <\/span>Cooking\u201d organized in San Paolo, Brazil, by the Italian Academy of Cooking. He is my right arm in the kitchen. He organizes the preparations and supports me in the drafting of the menu. He is very young yet experienced: after working in the famous restaurant Ferarut in Rivignano, he attended a master with the starred Chef Massimiliano Alajmo, getting passionate and expert in the art of pastry and bread making. In this way I can refine the details of the service and try to anticipate and satisfy the requests naturally. I think that the key for a good service in the restaurant room is to work with your heart, with passion.\u201d<\/p>\n

It will be her to welcome and address you to your table, to present you the menu and give you an advice for the ideal wine to be served with the different dishes.
