“Deep down I always knew I would be in the kitchen. Because my passion was for the ingredients, I wanted to know about their pureness and any other characteristic useful to enoble them without distorting their taste, consistency and tradition.
I consolidated this passion thanks to a family friend, one you would call a great gourmet, to his love for high quality ingredients and to work on them to enhance their flavours.
